The engineering construction is very critical to national economy and the people's livelihood. The quality of architectural material product decides architectural engineering quality. In the part of data acquisition, experimental data is sending from the serial ports of the instruments, through the ethernet to serial ports module and socket telecommunication, it will be send to server through ethernet .In the part of database design, it is based on the process of the material quality detection, design for clients of the system, permissions, roles and entities table. The overall framework of the system, threes structures are used, namely, presentation layer, business logic layer and data service layer. The system puts business rules into the business logic layer for processing. The business rules interact with The database by data service layer, while client side interacts with business logic layer indirectly , Which improve the coupling of the system. .Net, the latest developing technology is put into use in the System , while VSTO structure is adopted to reduce the server's burden, by which the perfect integration with InfoPath and VS is realized.This management system carries on the development according to the consult and the reorganization quality detection related request, and union country newest standard experimental request, May the guarantee quality examination fairness and the scientific nature, Guarantees the construction quality effectively.
