Abstract/Summary:
Quality management, as an important mean for enterprise to acquire the core competitiveness, is becoming more and more important. The basis of quality management is to have a comprehensive, timely quality data, but the large difference between each enterprise’s informationization level and degree, the various types of production equipment, the nonstandard testing equipment interface and data collection method, make it hard to timely acquire the quality data of most production process. Therefore, studying the comprehensive method of integrated data collection of a heterogeneous devices is of great research significance and application value.In response to the above situation, this paper take the cigarette industry as and example, combined with its reality, and analyzes the current situation of the enterprise quality data collection, puts forwards the solutions for the collection of cigarette production quality data, as well as carry out the implementation and deployment. The paper mainly focus on the following three aspects.1. According to the actual requirement of enterprise production and the equipment data collection status, it proposes a solution for integrated data collection based on serial server and file parsing mode, that is, the data collection of equipment with serial port by using the serial port server, which discusses in detail the key parameters, the interface line, the serial port server equipment selection, and networking methods of serial port data collection; and the data collection of equipment with interface file by file parsing approach, which describes in detail the general file parsing framework, and the collection implementation methods of different file formats.2. Considering the dimensionality and scalability of the system, this paper designs a multi-level data collection software architecture that is suitable for the quality inspection process, by dividing the system into the equipment layer, laboratory layer and the quality management department layer and respectively realizes data extraction, transmission, storage, analysis and application. As for the functional design, the equipment and laboratory layers together realize the data collection, transmission and storage, the quality management department layer realizes the comprehensive utilization of quality data, report analysis and data sharing. The paper also describes in detail the function module realization of threads monitor, data communication, and file parsing that are closely related to data collection in the data collection service process.3. Through using Visual Studio as a development tool, C#as a development language, realizing the practical application in a cigarette factory., the operation results shows that the system is stable in operation, and is of great efficiency, which can greatly improve the automation degree of data collection, reduce the repeating work of testing personnel, improve the quality of management level, and is of significant application value.
