Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System For Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Based On JeeSite Platform

With the progress of society and the development of science and technology,the computer technology has been used in various fields.As a new way of modern management,office automation system has appeared in small and medium-sized enterprises gradually,in order to reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.The design of the system is derived from Xi'an Huilong Technology Co.,Ltd.,which has developed a purchasing system based on business needs with the cooperative companies.The system has achieved a series of online cooperation services such as information authentication,agreement signing,order signing and so on,which provide a convenient,efficient and secure cooperation channel for the two sides,and promote the smooth progress of cooperation.Office automation not only improves the overall work efficiency of enterprises,but also represents the informationization level of enterprises,enhances the corporate image,so that enterprises will have more advantages in the fierce economic market competition.The main research work and contributions of the dissertations can be summarized as follows:(1)Through the background research of office automation,the analysis of current mainstream technology and the actual situation of the company,J2 EE development platform was adopted for the whole system and the layered structure of the system and the physical structure model were designed.(2)Based on the business needs of the company's purchasing department,the functional and non-functional requirements of the office automation system were integrated and the functional modules were divided.Then the business processes of each functional module were described in detail and the constraints and correlation between the modules was put forward,so that all the modules can work together to achieve functional requirements.(3)According to the company's actual needs and employing JeeSite technologies such as Spring,MyBatis,Bootstrap,JavaScript,JSP,AJAX,etc.,an enterprise office automation system was designed and implemented from the data entity aspect,business logic aspect,web page aspect.Furthermore,a targeted testing for the enterprise office automation system was conducted,and the test results show that the system can meet the business needs of the purchasing department.
