Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System Based On .NET Platform

With expansion of internet, application system based on Web has been flourished. The .NET Framework provides a brand new computing platform based on Web Application, which has becomes a essential technique for internet application. The application built on this .NET Framework can provide many advantages such as high efficiency, high expansibility etc.The author of this article design and implement this Office Automation System built on B/S architecture. During the development of this system, it utilizes .NET Framework, implements many function Modules, such as Archive management, Mail transmission, Schedule management, Important mission management, public information management, system management etc. That System has been on business for this College, Utilization of this System contributes to reduce the cost of daily work, strengthens cooperation of employees, raises the efficiency of daily work.Through the concrete analysis of requirement for the college, I design the architecture and database structure of the whole system, provide concrete analysis for every function module, introduce the implementation process of archive management, which is the technical obstacle of whole system, also introduce how to install and deploy this OA System.The OA System which this article introduced not only fully considered requirement of customers, build on .NET Framework, utilized advanced IDE as well, but also implemented uniform data accessing interface by usual data access module, fully used storage procedures, enhanced efficiency of data access. Meanwhile, this system uses secure method such as logon verification, assign user, role, module operation rights, operation log etc. These methods ensure practicability, security of the whole system.
