With the development of civil aviation information, more and more civil aviation enterprises use networks to carry out day-to-day operations. Network's impact on the aviation business is also growing. At the same time, many network security problems come with it, such as viruses, hackers, spam and data leakage, etc. The flooding of spam is a more serious problem.Traditional methods of anti-spam are almost based on client .Because of Limited samples collected, this may cause misjudgment. This paper presents a new approach for spam filtering in the field of civil aviation. The system includes server filter and client filter. The mail server side buildup a collaborative filtering network by structured peer-to-peer technology, CopyRank values of emails stored in P2P network are used to determine whether a new email is a spam or not. The more the CopyRank is, the more likely the email is a spam. There are two functions in the client side. Firstly,it is responsible for dividing the content of new email into ten fingerprints and sending them to the P2P network. Secondly, it takes up some other filtering methods for auxiliary filter such as black list, white list, Bayes and so on. Because spammers always modify the mail's content to deceive the anti-spam system, this paper improved a method that can detect approximate mails in the P2P network environment.Test on this system proves it has better performance and greatly reduces the false positive.
