Safety Management is an important task for aviation enterprises,which should be considered throughout the whole productive process.For the specialty,any ignorance in any part of the process may lead to a disaster and may become an unstable social factor.Today,however,there exist some weaknesses in the safety management such as too much types,repetitive functions and complicated structure,which resulted in the difficulty of inner data exchange and waste of labors and materials.To increase the degree of informatization and intelligence,considering the present situation of aviation safety management of my enterprise,A set of scientific and practical safety management system was designed.It can realize the function of scientific and standard management.By the system,we can realize the unified management of a number of security work,and furthermore,to improve the efficiency.The system was development by using B/S structure,We designed a service structure based on web service,developed the interface of web users and broaden the application of the software.We used java and other tools such as eclipse to realize the development and implementation of interface and functions.According to the research results and analysis of business process,we designed and implement four sub-systems which are risk management,safety training management,flying management and maintain management.We realized the whole structure and functions by using S2SH frame and web service.The whole developing process is conducted according to the rules of software system development.We conducted requirement analysis,feasibility analysis and system structure design and code implementation.We designed test program aiming to test the functions and performances.We used suitable test methods to conduct a comprehensive test on the system.Pilot running on the system proved that the system is functional perfect and has reliable performance.The system can meet the working needs and attain the goal of informal reform in the enterprise.
