With the development of aviation industry, the acquisition and monitoring is needed for various parameters.Collection and monitoring can not work without accessing information, then data collection techniques become an integral part. With the requirements of increased reliability, the rapid development of sensor technology, and the improvement of signal processing and analysis of information technology, a corresponding increase in the accuracy of the data collected has been needed. Also, because the current domestic aerospace data acquisition devices are basically monopolized by Europe's KAM500 of ACRA CONTROL, the price is expensive.Therefore, developing our own high-precision analogue data acquisition device has become an inevitable trend.Based on the above, a high-precision data acquisition system based on FPGA and USB2.0 technology is designed.First, the basic theory of the data acquisition, FPGA technology and Telemetry PCM Framing Standard are introduced. The designing program of high-precision data acquisition system is proposed.Secondly, the hardware of collection card and master card on the high-precision data acquisition system are designed and implemented in detail. Completion of the main hardware modules have analog signal processing circuit modules, high precision constant current source module, analog-digital conversion circuit module, serial Flash and temperature sensor circuit module, the second power conversion module, FPGA and its peripheral circuit module, MCU and its peripheral circuit module, USB module and its peripheral circuits, IRIG-B time code receiver front-end signal processing circuit module, European socket circuit module. The design of each circuit module is given circuit schematic, and the PCB map of acquisition card and master card hardware.Thirdly, the logic of collection card and master card on the high-precision data acquisition system are designed and implemented in detail. Completion of the main logic module have digital conversion control module, collecting data correction circuit modules, board between the receive and transmit data acquisition circuit module, the channel configuration data in the receive and transmit circuit module, rate of extraction and filter circuit modules, Serial Flash and temperature sensor control circuit module, MCU interface control circuit module, USB interface control circuit module, IRIG-B time code acquisition and receiver module, PCM framing circuit module. The design of each module carried out in modelsim 6.1f functional simulation, implement in quartus II9.0 synthesis. And the logic resources consumed in the acquisition card and master card is worked out.Fourthly, the high-precision data acquisition system is debugged and tested. Specific solutions of debugging problems encountered in the process are gived. The test results of the technical indacators after testing and verification the system of the technical indicators in detail are gived. The results show that high-precision data acquisition system meets the design requirements.Finally, the system summary has proposed that high-precision data acquisition system needs further improvement.
