Coal Mine Gas Monitoring System Design And Implementation

Coal mine as a major energy source in China, occupies an important position in the national economy, mine safety is a healthy and orderly development of coal enterprises an important guarantee. Coal of our country production comes mainly from underground mining, due to the production of coal resources, the special environment, and the higher risk coefficient underground operations. In order to effectively monitor and manage coal production must be timely and accurate production of the mine to monitor real-time status. Therefore, in this paper, I proposed this system's design, the industrial Ethernet and bus technology in the field of mine safety to achieve a mine safety monitoring system design. This article according to the Ethernet elementary theory, based on the domestic existing technology, comprehensive utilization of computer control technology, can bus and other technologies proposed set of far-distance monitoring, information management and networking technology in one system solution, this article focused on system structure frame and functional design of downhole monitoring and ground control center, and proposed use of industrial Ethernet design, has changed the traditional need to rely on wired network for data transmission limitations, so that the system network design with a very significant advantages.This paper intends to solve these problems as follow: First, discusses the present situation and the existence question of coal mine safety monitoring system, compared with applies in the far-distance supervisory system's communication, has chosen one superior communication for this system's design; introduced the principle of the Ethernet and the CAN bus technologh, and then the detailed design of the system description, completed the whole set of control system design.
