The aim of this study is to administrate mechanism software of CAX in plan as a whole in large enterprise, which includes using and configurating the software in reason. Moreover, we expect to transform the software from resources to our capability, and to promote our research method and to improve our technique. By doing so, we can make effectively use of our investment.In this Paper, background of the study is first introduced, following, resources and capability of Mechanism software CAX used in a large enterprise is evaluated, software configuration and using problem of CAX is analyzed. The application and administrate of correlative resources aboard is studied, its development t trend is also forecasted. The issues which affect the reasonable use of the resources are discussed. Policy and framework layout of Information technology in a large enterprise is studied, in the phase of its extension and application, concrete work is discussed, such as software training, carrying the main project into execution, forming the standardization. The aim and Solution administrating CAX software as a whole in a large enterprise is introduced. To promote the efficiency of CAX software, practice of 3D mechanism design software is combined, Spreading of CAX is attempted and verified, the related new pattern of simulation work is discussed, at the same time, future work is deduced.Aerospace enterprise is more sensitive to new technology, but as a result of its system, strict configuration management made it much difficult for some new method to be used in practice. How to change design habit of designer so much as system of management in aerospace enterprise is an important restriction, while new researching and developing technology needs to be verified and optimize in practice.
