Development Zone Building Resources Systems Design And Implement Based On GIS

GIS(Geographic Information System),is an emerging science,and a collection of computer science,geography,remote sensing and mapping science,environmental science,urban science,space science,information science and management science.After years of rapid development,GIS technology has been increasingly mature,and grown into information technology with management functions such as aid daily business office,from the management of static data.Practice has shown,the application of GIS has made an enormous contribution on such the resource management as the state,enterprises,and social groups.Construction of resource management with information technology as the core,as the important path of promoting the development model transformation of government agency and realizing the sustainable social economic growth.It has arisen quickly in governments at all levels in China,and been showing a trend of rapid development.For the various functions of government agencies related to land resources management,GIS technology has more and more used into daily work.This paper take the Electronic Zone of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park as a service object,according to the park building resources,uses the network architecture,software architecture and software technology,and combines database management systems,GIS,mapping,management information systems and other means,and designs and realizes the building resources management system of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park,based on GIS technology.The system can basically realize the informatization of Park Building resources development and the management of all key processes.
