Design Of Virtual Automation Test System For Circuit Board Based On LabVIEW

In recent years,with the development of science and technology and the improvement of industrial automation degree,the reliability and stability of electronic system has higher requirements in the entire industry production and operation.Circuit board is the essential elements for the electronic system,the circuit board detection and electronic products quality and production operation maintenance is closely related.However,traditional circuit board testing method exist low degree of the automation,complex operation,time-consuming,low precision and efficiency.Therefore,there is an urgent need to find an ideal method for the detection,this paper is based on LabVIEW to design a set of electric virtual Automated test system.This paper mainly completed the circuit board lower computer hardware testing system design and the host computer antomated test management system design.Hardware test system includes a high and low voltage DC programmable power supply,programmable matrix switch,the virtual signal generator and a multi channel virtual oscilloscope,the realization of the automatic access of the excitation signal and the power,the arbitrary choice of measured circuit board test point,response signal acquisition,processing and display;the software testing management system uses LabVIEW language,using modular design Methods,mainly to complete the automatic control process management program,the communication and control of a high and low voltage DC programmable power supply,programmable matrix switch control,the communication and control of multi channel virtual oscilloscope,the communication and control of virtual signal generator are designed,test system realizes the function of parameters set,generating excitation signal,the measured circuit board response signal data acquisition,showed,save and print,analysis and judgment of the test results.After debugging and practical operation,In this paper,the design of circuit board automatic virtual test system is low cost and easy expansion,high degree of automation,convenient operation,high efficiency tests,it can very good complete requirements of the automatic test of circuit board,the board testing system will have good prospects for application in the field of circui.
