In the domain of industrial control, one hot focus is to find appropriate control strategy and effective method to deal with the multivariate nonlinear objects. The control theory of multivariate nonlinear system has developed quickly, and lots of algorithms come out, such as Variable Structure Control (VSC), Fuzzy Control, etc. However, these algorithms are usually very complicated. Utilizing configuration software is a relatively simple way to implement system control effectively. Though configuration software has its advantage over traditional ones, it is not strong enough to implement the complicated algorithms. So it is necessary to expand algorithm function of configuration software.This paper studies the Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) technology between KingView and MatLab, enabling the method for complicated control system software programmed by KingView and MatLab jointly. In this method, MatLab implements complicated algorithm, while KingView implements user-friendly-interface. VSC with Sliding Mode and Fuzzy Control theory are analyzed. The methods of designing sliding mode controller (SMC) and Fuzzy Controller are developed. Based on these methods, two control systems are designed as below, and the results of running prove the validity of this control schemes.1. The SMC system for liquid level. The system is a nonlinear system with two inputs and two outputs, which indicate high and low levels separately. SMC is used, because it is able to response quickly, invariant to systemic parameters and external disturbance, and able to keep the system asymptotic in a stable state. Based on the design principle of SMC and the system mechanism, the mathematic model of the system and state equation is built up, and then split them to two nonlinear systems. Applying linear switching function and exponential converge law, the SMC law is deduced. It's proved that this strategy is effective by on-line running.2. The temperature fuzzy control system. The system is a nonlinear system with two inputs and two outputs. It's difficult to set up a mathematic model of the system.Using normal control method hardly gets a satisfied dynamic and static performance. Considering the characteristic of the fuzzy control, it needn't build the mathematic model of the controlled object. The designing scheme of fuzzy control is proposed to get the intelligence system which is fast, exact and good performance.
