The time-delay system is a kind of system existing in industrial production so extensively that it is seen as an important field in which the control theory is employed to. As we know, because of the system's delay function to the output of control value, it makes the control value unable to reflect the controlled object timely. As a result, this may makes some control properties of the control system become worse in terms of super-regulating value, the steady-state error and stability, etc. Although the expert go on research on this aspect for many years, so far effective methods which can be used in practical application are not found yet. Therefore, the time-delay system is recognized as a kind of system difficult to control.Regarded as one of important and effective embranchment in the intellectual control field, fuzzy logic control based on the theory of fuzzy sets and its control rule can be summarized from control experts' experience directly. Especially, fuzzy control has high robustness for the parameter's fluctuation and the load's disturbance. All those merits enable the fuzzy control become a new route to the research on the methods of controlling the time-delay system.Time-delay system is the important field for the application of the control theory. In this paper, fuzzy logic control for time-delay system is introduced in order to improve the robustness of the general time-delay control system. Firstly, this paper analyzes the dynamic performance of time-delay. And through comparing and analyzing several kinds of routine time-delay control system, prove that general control schemes for time-delay system is inefficient.It is a complicated system to the storeroom for the tyre mold. It is difficult to set up systematic mathematical model, so it's difficult to adopt routine control method to win the satisfied control result. In this paper the temperature and humidity of the storeroom for the tyre mold are choosed as control objects. Through experimental emulations, it proves that the result of fuzzy logic PID controller is superior to that of regular PID controller. It also validates that fuzzy logic PID controller can have an effective control to the temperature and humidity of the storeroom. In addition, the article provides the hardware structure and software algorithm of the control of the storeroom for the tyre mold' temperature and humidity.
