Personal information record management is one of the most important tasks among the Modern Business Operations. In the past, because of limited employee number the traditional paper form personal information record management could basic meet the general requirement of personnel management. With the dometic work of the personnel management for the continuous deepening of reform, the use of the personal information record management rapidly improved. The traditional paper form personal information record management can no longer meet today's requirement of the personnel management.This paper's aim to meet the general requirement of personnel management, using database technology and computer networks technology, design and the development of a personal record management information system. According to research the technology of Object Oriented Programming , considering the real requirement of the project, the system improves the fountain model which is famous for some iterative and seamless features, the system is developed used the component-base architecture with three layers: client,application server,and database server, combined with visual promramming tools of PowerBuilder11.0.This paper investigated styles of nowadays file management and working process and employed a structured design methodology, through require analysis, system design, detail sesign and system test ,this system reaches the expected design goal.The personal information record management system's functions include managing and maintaining the information of the employees and graduate students and registering, querying, brower,edit,delete and analyzing the personal record information.
