Based On Distributed Multi-layer Structure Of University Property Management Information Systems Design And Implementation,

Computing environment has tended towards distributing from centralizing since 90's.Multi-tier Client/Server architectures are marvelous in many distributing computing systems,and application system based on multi-tier distributing architecture has been more and more used in the many multi-tier distributing systems.Firstly,the paper introduces briefly the development of management information system and real estate management information system.Then begining with the source and research situation of the related subjects,a brief history of the evolvement of network computing and some related concepts and theories are presented and inhered defects of traditional C/S mode are pointed out.Based on the study of three-tier Client/Server system architecture and component technology,the paper also introduces all kinds of ideas and methods in design of multi-tier distributing system according to the design principle of realizing distributing application system.It emphatically discusses the application of the multi-tier distributing technology in the Academic Real Estate Management Information System.It also illuminates the concrete method in the Delphi to implement the middle-tier and client.At the same time,some key technologies used in the system have been embodied in the paper.Through first development and application,Academic Real Estate Management Information System designed based on multi-tier distributing architecture approached the theory design requirement.The results of experiments indicates that multi-tier distributing system has the high flexibility,high expansibility and high security.Though the study of the system,design principles,design thoughts,methods and concrete methods have been mastered,which have important guided effect on the development of military camp's management information management system based on multi-tier distributing architecture in the future.
