A University Campus Digital Environment, "card" Design And Implementation

With the quick development of civil information construction, it has been unavoidable to explore how to make efficient and reasonable uses of the present school's resources, how to make the education information drive the education modernization, and how to make the education and information mix together to improve the quality, efficiency and modernization of teaching and learning, to better school's fame and to raise the competitive powers. The campus personal card is a trend and necessity of information construction in campus in the future.This thesis mainly presents the description of the development of campus personal card and expounds in detail the design program, function model; interface design, data system design and safety design on the basis of feasibility research and need analysis. The system of campus personal card adopts the Client/ Server structure popular in this field, the idea of facing users and the advanced data development tool Power Builder 8.0 and Enterprise Oracle 8.1.6. When designing it, the principles are followed: advanced, economic, safe, efficient, reliable, easily operating, easily repairing and open. The thesis discusses the construction program of the information management of campus personal card from the perspectives of campus data service, construction and management of campus personal card system and the safety of the system on the basis of the net of campus financial service. It introduces the concept of data campus and campus personal card, the realization of system and the disposition of hard and soft instruments as well as the compositions and features of new data campus and campus personal card system. Finally the campus personal card system is constructed with the features of modern computer net, multi-functions and adaptable bettering.The emphasis of the thesis is put on the final design of the practical functions with the idea of the function need analysis of campus personal card management system. The system is composed of thirteen function models of management system: card, consumption, machine ward, entrance-prohibition, attendance-record, library, bank account, comprehensive currency, school's assets, control of water consumption, phone branch system in campus, branch system of touching screen, fees' record system of water drunk. In this thesis, the discussions are made on the system structure and features, function introduction and sectional drawing of realization. Especially this paper gives the realization thought and the programme code of the representative branch system of teaching business management. The system meets the needs of campus personal card management in the current school and this thesis discusses the development and innovation of campus personal card in the future.This thesis puts forward a series of management strategy from the perspective, sets forth the construction and realization of system from the technique, expounds the measures of safety and defense, and make a further program for the realization of data campus in future. All these not only meet the demands of the construction of campus personal card in the data campus environment but also put forward a set of construction strategy for the similar system.In the end, this paper comments on the subject objectively, summarizes the main features and shortages of the system and puts forward the future works and new programs.
