Design And Implementation Of Fixed Asset Management System

Fixed asset management is one part of the enterprise information management system, as well as the basis for the management of enterprises. Standardizing, and managing scientifically the fixed assets can reduce waste, improve asset utilization and perfection, and directly cut down the business-operating costs to bring it into full play.To meet the managerial needs of fixed assets, the research based on computer networks and database technology designs and develops a set of automated fixed asset management system. The research subject employs the object-oriented programming ideas, and utilizes the Microsoft Corporation .NET development platform and Web-based B / S mode and ERP framework for automated fixed assets management system. In developing this system, the author with the expertise adopts the fountain model and multi-tier architecture, and refers to the Visual Studio 2008 visual programming tool. Through analysis of the needs, system design, detailed design and system testing, the research finally achieved the expected design goal.The fixed asset management system realized the information management of fixed assets with the function of querying, browsing, editing, deleting and calculating fixed assets of this unit.
