General Wage Software System Design

With the popularization of computer and the rapid development of its technology, the application of the payroll system is gradually booming in the business management. Although there are various payroll systems, they are doomed to be in the process of endless upgrade and maintenance due to the variation of the calculating method which is resulted by the change of such wage system ad the alteration between the piece-work wage system and the time-wage system as well as the changing rate. Along with the situation comes about the general payroll system which can be applied into different enterprises since it takes their different calculating methods into consideration.To cope with the mentioned situation, this article puts up with a set of general system which takes asp.net as the development technology, sql server 2000 as the bask-end database and the B/S model. This system not only helps the management of the employee's personal information, the print of the wage report, but adds some new models such as the amendment of the wage rate and the check of the staff attendance.
