With the rapid development of information technology, if the humanresource management wants to remain invincible in the times ofinformatization, it needs the human resources management system withadvanced IT technology and modern management concept. Along with therapid development of enterprises and more staff, enterprises need toenhance their competitiveness in society with professional and efficientmanagement mode. Enterprise high-speed development requires personnelwith professional and efficient management based on the above problemsand requirements. Developing a set of salary management systemaccording with the enterprise personnel wage management characteristicshas become one of the important task of enterprise management.Based on the background of enterprise personnel wage structure, thispaper develops a software system according with the enterprise’s salarymanagement. Employees can query their basic information and salaryinformation using this system and launch financial process in the Internet.The human resources department can manage many things such asentering staff information of each batch of recruitment or resignation.Financial department can examine and approve the flow of submiting anexpensing account tasks and so on. System administrators can efficientlymanage the information in the system. It improves the work efficiency ofthe wages management for the enterprise, greatly reduces personnelmanagement process, gets rid of the traditional fixed office procedures, approves and apply in the Internet whenever and wherever and providesthe maintainability and reliability of the data information. Salarymanagement system realizes the automation and informationization ofmanagement of the salary. It lets the human from the heavy manual labor,specifies the salary management process, so as to achieve scientific andeffective. It provides personnel data information fast query and postpersonnel allocation decision basis further for each department.This paper focus on developing a salary management system as anenterprise custom. The system will realize the main function of theenterprise wage management needs.The system is developed based on theJ2EE development platform, using B/S framework and Sql Server2005asthe database, using MyEclipse as a development tool. It combines theactual enterprise personnel and financial system needs and help theenterprise salary management more effective. The system design is basedon the following basic points. First, the database can be safely andefficiently store and query each employee’ wages, thereby reducing thewages management pressure and saving a lot of manpower and materialresources. Second, system can quickly search wage informations. Third,database can adapt to enterprise staff’s expansion and the expansion ofenterprise salary system. Forth, it should take security measures forconfidential information. Fifth, it haves good scalability for reducingmaintenance costs.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction.The second part is the demand analysis. The third part is the system designincluding the design of software structure and database. The fourth part isthe main part. It designs and implents the system in detail, uses components such as smartUpload and POI, takes MVC design mode andtests the system. The last part is a summary and outlook. It includes theimprovement of development of this system and the experience of thefuture system.
