Sme Payroll Management System Design And Implementation And Evaluation

As China continues to develop the socialist market economy, SMEs are springing up and continuing to emerge. At present, enterprises have become an important part of our economy, plays an irreplaceable role for economic development in our country, however, the current development of SMEs is not optimistic, lack of talent, the brain drain, inefficient seriously restricted the development of SMEs. Currently, there are still many problems in the wage system of SMEs in China,therefore, the key to solving the main problem lies in the design of a small and medium wage system suited to its own characteristics.In this paper, the theory of wages is on the basis of modern science. we combined with the characteristics and the actual situation of SMEs, SME-depth analysis of the current problems of the wage system in China, aims to establish a set of function better, low-cost, easy-to-small Wage management and evaluation system. A novel method of decision tree is designed to assess the situation on wages on the basis of the wage-based SMEs, and further improve the function of the management system. This article about the work done including the following four aspects:(1) Analysis the dynamics of domestic and foreign research background and found that the value of its research and implementation by reading a lot of literature, Through investigation,found deficiencies and defects of the current payroll system, give the formation of research programs.(2) The designed around payroll management system development process, the overall structure, basic functional requirements and focuses on the overall objectives of the system. According to the system design goals, the system determines the client \ server model platform model, the architecture and components of the system design model design and system. Use static package diagram, software class analysis, object-oriented analysis tools use-cases, such as user functionality, combined with Visual C # modeling language, structure and function of the system architecture and component levels were described in detail, and as a basis for design a business process system main modules.(3) Based on the overall system architecture and business functional requirements, the main module of the system design, data structure design and the main module for a more detailed discussion of the development is finshed, and the functional modules of the system were demonstrated and tested. As well as the use of Visual Studio.NET development platform, ASP.NET technology, MVC model, ADO.NET database access technology to specific business function main function modules salary management system was a system-level implementation.(4) This thesis is based on research C / S model, developed in the study conducted by SQL Service data management system as well as on the basis of C #.
