Design And Implementation Of Payroll Management System In Ganzi State Grid Power Company

With the rapid development of information technology,especially the widespread application of Internet technology,payroll information construction has become an important factor to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of an enterprise.It is helpful for Ganzi State Grid to speed up the information construction,and to realize the long term development as the only one way.Therefore,we must insist on management and technology constant innovation,with the help of computer technology and software system to realize payroll information management of enterprise,finally to establish a new enterprise personnel service mechanism which is adaptive to the needs of the times.In recent years,the headquarters of Ganzi State Grid raises new demand for the human resources management informationization and intensification.Therefore,in order to responding eagerly to the headquarters' demand and promoting the human resources management level,a customized payroll management system is be designed for the Ganzi State Grid.The system avoids the shortages of the traditional salary management system that is a single function and poor security system,and provides with more safe,scientific,convenient function.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the system research background and significance,research trends at home and abroad.Secondly,we arranges the business process,gets together the all kinds of difficulties encountered in payroll management,analyses the requirements,and makes sure the function of payroll system.Thirdly,we overall design the system,including database design,network and design,module design,and also decompose the module according to requirements.The system is consist of five subsystem:social security information system,wages and welfare system,comprehensive report inquiry system,data importing system,and additional non periodic payment system.Fourthly,we implement each of part by use of JAVA and SQL SERVER 2008.Finally,we test the system whether if it is safe,scientific,convenient.The results of this paper in the actual application process shows that the payroll system helps us solve a lot of problems,such as the traditional salary high work intensity and low work efficiency,inconvenient query,data unsafe.It is very convenient for user to manage wages and cut payment by use of social security information system and wages and welfare system.It is more high efficient and low labor intensity while importing data as a batch.Manager can inquire and analyze the historical data of any period.The design of login entrance is greatly improves the security of the user's operation,reduce the risk of data leakage.
