College Students' Knowledge Management System Design And Implementation

Knowledge management is the normative and formal management of knowledge to help its generating, acquiring, sharing and innovating. Knowledge Management is a vital weapon for the organization and the individual to promote their quality and rival ability in knowledge society, thus they can cope with the challenge from the knowledge economy successfully through the weapon.Now the society is the knowledge economy society. In such a society, the knowledge has become the core element of production which makes it different from the capital-based industry society and soil-based agriculture society. The university student is a typical knowledge-intensive group, which is characterized by the core resources of knowledge. Most students'study is self-regulated and self-directed learning and requires capability of discerning, analyzing and selecting the resources of information and knowledge on Internet for this informal web-based learning. At the same time, self-regulated and self-directed learning needs great capability of self-supervised and self-appraisal and the graduate's study on knowledge more cooperation and communication. Knowledge management is a way of resolving the difficulties in web-based self-directed learning, so the application and the research of the knowledge management on graduate will be of the great importance and meaning for the promotion of the web-based learning efficiency and competition ability.The thesis begins with the analysis of web-based learning conditions, learning style and the requirement of knowledge management of university student through questionnaire survey, literature research and field review. Secondly, it carries out a systemic study of the tool, technology, strategy and knowledge management system based on the characteristics of university student learning and the needs of implementing knowledge management. Thirdly, a knowledge management system for web-based university student learning is designed and developed under the guidance of the idea and technology of Internet, It propose the theory model,the function framework and the key technology of knowledge management system. Finally, the evaluation and analysis of the knowledge management system are also carried out. Because of the more and more high expectation to university student in today's society, the topic of the application of knowledge management in web-based university student learning is worthy of research. The author hopes that this thesis can be helpful to the in-depth research of knowledge management system.
