Research On Knowledge Management System In Library Of H University

The development and progress of society, the enhancement of productivity depend on knowledge, information and the dissemination usage of information in the era of knowledge economy, knowledge will become primary resources in the development of economic society. University libraries should choose effective strategies of knowledge management, optimize the allocation of resources and carry on efficient information transmissions and knowledge services, establishing and improving the knowledge management system of university libraries through the "lib2.0" and other modern information technologies and innovative management concepts has become the key to sustainable developments of university libraries.The paper discussed some deep-rooted problems about resolving the knowledge management system of current university library through introducing theories and methods of modern management science. The paper was divided into four chapters. The paper elaborated the current situations of H university library and knowledge management of university library, analyzed the problems about knowledge management of university library as well as the causes, revealed the necessity and urgency of constructing the knowledge management system of university library; Then, on the basis of studying the objectives, principles and contents of constructing the knowledge management system of university library, the paper constructed the knowledge management system of H university library; Finally, the paper presented the safeguarding measures of the knowledge management system of H university library.
