Based Process Libraries Crisis Management Study

The thesis is based on the fully analysis of the nature of this social organization-library. According to the crisis of the life cycle, the crisis management processing can be divided into three levels:normal management, emergency management and follow management.Typical cases are given in this thesis for the further analyzing.At the same time, it focuses on the conditions that crisis management is easy to ignore the daily organization management. We make a systematical study of the daily management, building the defending system of the crisis management of library under the current condition, providing the theory for the improvement of the crisis management ability of all grades of libraries.
