People's life has had the huge change from 1990s Internets birth until now, The network acts more and more important role in the life of people .Nowadays, the whole world people are all live in the "world village" which connected by Internet. But at the same time, the crisis of internet appearanced. Along with the network massive applications, the security crisis of network, the trust crisis and the moral crisis gradually appearanced, and presents the recent development tendency.At present, the domestic researches on the Internet crisis are mostly on specific operational issues as well as individual phenomena. What lacks is a systemic pectination of the whole Internet crisis which also severely constrain the development of the study on the Internet crisis. On the basis of the available theories and research achievements, this paper will further explore the development and trait of the Internet crisis management.The aim of this study is to understand sufficiently the advantages and realize the existing problems of the Internet crisis as well as explore its trend, anticipate its future and guide the practical work of the Internet crisis so that we can exploit the favorable conditions and avoid the unfavorable ones of Internet crisis and make it develop towards the healthy direction.The present paper will analyze the Internet crisis from four aspects. The first part makes longitudinal analysis of the development and its background as well as its current situation of the Internet crisis from historical angle; The second part carries on the theoretical analysis of the advantages of the Internet crisis combining the present situation of its development; The third part summarizes the existing problems of the Internet crisis at the present stage, and propose reasonable scheme.
