With the rapid development of information technology, the impact on society by new media spurred by digital technique is more and more obvious. E-magazine, popular in web2.0 surroundings, becomes a real eye catcher and also a hot topic in journalism circle.Based on literature research, investigation and review on internet and analysis of cases, the first part offers introduction to development course of E-magazine and defines some concepts related, and then characteristics of E-magazine are presented. This thesis mainly discusses the current situation and difficult problems of E-magazine. Practical and effective solutions are offered from aspects of content, profit, technique and supervision.E-magazine should commence from the four following aspects to solve development problems. In content aspect, E-magazine should cooperate with traditional and new media, lay great emphasis on content origination and build own brand.
