In recent years,with the development of network technology and the popularization of the internet,the internet video industry has rapidly risen and become one of the emerging industries that have attracted attention.How to achieve sustainable profitability has always been a highly valued issue for investors and companies,but the development of domestic internet video companies has not been smooth sailing,and the problem of profitability has always plagued every video website.The vast majority of internet video companies have not yet achieved profitability.This article selects Mango Super Media,which has a good profit situation,as a case company.By studying the profit model of Mango Super Media,we explore its advantages and disadvantages,provide optimization solutions,and also provide inspiration for the design of profit models for other domestic internet enterprises.Firstly,after elaborating on the research background and significance,this article sorts out relevant literature on profit models,introduces relevant concepts and theoretical foundations,and lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent analysis and evaluation of profit models.Secondly,introduce the case company Mango Super Media and sort out the profit model elements framework of Mango Super Media.Then,based on the characteristics of mango hypermedia and its industry,a method for analyzing and evaluating profit models is designed.This article provides a way to construct a profit model evaluation system.Firstly,evaluation indicators are designed around the five elements of the profit model,and then measurement indicators that can correspond to evaluation indicators are selected from financial and business data.The measurement indicators are analyzed horizontally or vertically one by one,The evaluation indicators were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.Finally,from the perspective of shareholder wealth accumulation,the EVA evaluation method was used to supplement the evaluation of the profit model,forming a relatively comprehensive evaluation system.Finally,based on the above analysis and evaluation,this article identifies the advantages and disadvantages of the mango hypermedia profit model,and uses this case to explore the profit model of internet video companies and propose plan optimization and suggestions.This paper believes that the profit model of Mango Super Media is good and worthy of affirmation and learning.From the perspective of the company,the profit point is the most critical element of the profit model of Mango Super Media.The profit point of Mango Super Media has been well evaluated.The company mainly carries out business around Mango TV platform,with good overall profit level and high profit quality.Among other elements,the main profit source is stable and upward,and the quality of independent broadcast is high.From the perspective of shareholders,the profit of Mango Super Media is higher than the cost of capital,creating more wealth for shareholders,and the profit model is worthy of affirmation.However,Mango Super Media also has shortcomings such as insufficient R&D capability,small overall scale,and slow growth of profits.On the basis of further consolidating its core competitiveness,it should improve its R&D capability from multiple perspectives and be brave in pioneering,such as integrating resources to explore potential profit points,paying attention to the potential value of online education and knowledge payment,and improving offline entertainment business.
