Judgments of the internal defects of concrete structures,is still to regulate as the standard to test the experience of technicians to determine the main. And some concrete structures in the underground or underwater,is a kind of embedded engineering,which is usually located below the ground surface and water level. These projects are easy to have some quality problems because of the complicated construction procedure,high technical requirements and great construction difficulty. The pile foundation bearing,and can meet most complex foundation,so pile foundation has been widely applied in the project. And the quality problems are often caused pile foundation accident. Therefore, the quality of pile foundation detection is crucial.This paper describes the internal defects of concrete structures and to determine the general method of detection methods, which focuses on the concrete pile and its current detection methods commonly used criterion and a variety of criteria shortcomings;and then present the criteria for the shortcomings,put forward a theory based on fuzzy mathematics of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the establishment of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model;Finally, according to project the measured data, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is verified.In this paper,Yantai-Dalian Railway Project Trestle Pile ultrasonic testing,for example. Pairs of ultrasonic test results in the sound velocity,amplitude and frequency parameters and to establish model of fuzzy comprehensive judge,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in quality evaluation applied to the pile;and then gives a pile of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of internal defects in the concrete calculation and analysis the process of comprehensive evaluation of the results obtained,and this paper fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for judging the results obtained with the current evaluation method to compare the results showed that the current evaluation method does not exist an ideal place,but presented in this paper fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to solve these shortcomings and achieved good results.
