Digital Library Information Resources For Research

Since the last decade of the 20th century, with the development of computer network and communication technology, information and knowledge have been the most important resources that can promote the development of society. Acquiring useful information is becoming everyday task for every people. In order to make modern computer, communication, information technology serve people's information acquisition better, amounts of money has been invested for the construction of digital libraries one after another, there are many digital libraries have been put into use by now.Digital library's essential task is to resolve the question of users' information acquisition and meet users' information needs. That is, people can acquire what they need conveniently, sufficiently and quickly without the limitation of time or place, and will not be rejected whenever they need any information and whoever they are. But that Digital library information is acquired by users smoothly and the extent that Digital library information resources can meet users' needs, is not only decided by digital library's usability, the quality of digital collection, but also decided by many other factors, such as network connection, users' information literacy, the cost of acquiring information, intellectual property restrictions.
