Research On The Quality Management Of Digital Resources Acquisition In University Libraries In China

The quality of digital resources acquisition in university libraries directly affects the quality of digital resources collection in university libraries,and then affects their function.Under the background of the rapid development of digital library,the quality management of digital resource acquisition in university libraries is a new research field,and also a problem that every university library must resolve.First of all,this paper combs the discussion about the acquisition of digital resources in university libraries,finding that there is less research on the quality management of the acquisition of digital resources in university libraries.Therefore,this study takes the quality management of digital resources acquisition in university libraries as the research object,which has practical significance.Secondly,it comprehensively analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the digital resources acquisition work of university library in China,and summarizes the problems and reasons of the digital resources acquisition work of university libraries in China.Thirdly,it introduces the total quality management theory applied in this research.Fourthly,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of applying TQM theory to the acquisition of digital resources in university library.Finally,comparative analysis is used.Compared with the university libraries and the enterprise,this paper applies the total quality management theory to the whole process of the digital resources acquisition of the university libraries,and puts forward a set of new quality management mode throughout the whole process of the digital resources acquisition of the university libraries,in order to provide reference and inspiration for the future development of the digital resources acquisition of the university library.Based on total quality management,the new mode of quality management of digital resources acquisition in university libraries can realize the timely collection and feedback of quality information of digital resources acquisition,so as to improve the quality of digital resources acquisition in time and effectively,standardize the work of digital resources acquisition,and provide guarantee for university libraries to provide better services for readers.It has a certain reference function for the future development of digital resources acquisition work of university libraries,provides a reference function for the construction of digital resources construction work with its own characteristics and in line with the development of university libraries,and also helps to better play the role of university libraries in supporting teaching and scientific research.
