Abstract: Effective integration of Information Resources, Centralized management and sharing could make Anhui power companies do not construct single point of science and technology information resources dispersedly,and could also save a lot of equipment resources and human resource construction. Anhui Power Research Institute is the technical service center of Anhui province which service the province's power industry by provide scientific and technical information resources,enrich the Anhui Power Technology information resources and promote the construction of digital power grid and information enterprise and have been constructing Anhui Power digital library project since 2008.This paper start from project background and demand analysis of project, introduce the basic functions, technical features, construction requirements, operation mode of Anhui Power Digital Library System in detail and system development services for the province's industry and so on.This paper chiefly research:1. Digital Library System Management Console Complete the user management, channel management(define relationship between variety of channels and back-end database, display style and display templates), navigation management, and display style management in Web mode. Organize and manage the release of database information by using channel.2. Structured and non-structured Joint Data Query Technology, system provide database search(most of the data), format document search (technology seminars, technical prose), Web Search (search for the power industry web pages) and other forms of search services. In addition, in the search process, support cross-database search functions, joint search of multiple databases and intelligent database search, could quickly locate resources in the mass.3. Collect and manage internet project resources.System provide full function of automatic acquisition, automatic filtering, automatic classification, automatic scheduling weight, release management and information search of network information. According to user,s demands,set collection site, customize category template, create a local database.Through viewing more than one year system operation condition, System have accurate and fast search, information control of safe and reliable, secondary development of simple and convenience, meet to the development needs, could promote the use as Industry Digital Library System.
