Engineering parameters monitoring has an important influence on quality, safety, sensible resource allocation and utilization of whole project. Traditional engineering test instrumentation has disadvantages, such as, complex structure, single function, non-repeatable, high development and maintenance cost, long updating time. Besides, every instrumentation is mostly independent in test and control. Which bring inconvenience in engineering management, also, wasting a lot of human resources, material resources and financial resources.Engineering parameters monitoring system is mainly consisted of transducers, data acquisition, data processing, data display, alarm and relative software. Transducers fulfill detections of engineering parameters. Including temperature sensors DS18B20, humidity sensors HIH3610, pressure transmitters CYB602 and flow rate transmitters LWGY type. data acquisition and data processing take micro-controller MC9S12DG128 of HCS12 series for a core, controlling circularly acquisition of four-channels temperature signals, 2-channels moisture signal, 1-channel pressure signals and 1-channels flow single. temperature signals collected carry on scale conversion; moisture signal, pressure signal and flow single of analog output input into MC9S12DG128's self-bringing A/D convert module through analog input pins, then carrying on scale conversion respectively. Gathered 8-channels transducer signal transmit to upper computer, visual basic program of upper computer make processing of digital signal received.Modular idea is used on making program, downloading and on-line dynamic debugging application program making use of BDM.upper-computer uses VB compiling interface, database functions is also used. This system can realize the following functions: key-presses can select parameters desired to display,setting and changing upper and lower limit of display parameters, and carrying out over-limit alarm. At the VB interface of upper-computer, parameters can display in digital and graphics form, create report, conserve and print. This project parameters monitor system can be used in practical small-size project system or work condition monitoring of engineering equipment.
