With analysis of various types of Parametric test methods in the process of Weapons testing and deep study of VXI bus system and virtual instrument technology, the author completes the integration of weapons multi-parameter testing systems platform, which is based on the VXI bus, and develop a set of testing software with their own intellectual property rights. The author also verifies the function of the system by laboratory debugging and range test. This test system, giving full play to the flexibility, easy operability and stability of the VXI bus system, set various function in one, such as object signal conditioning, data collection, data analysis, on-site processing, data access, etc. which provides a stable and superior performed platform for the weapons Multi-parameter testing.Based on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of the VISA system, the author makes a thorough study of the working mechanism, structural features and compile mode of the IVI instrument driver and complete the development of IVI driver process including projectile velocity test module, charge amplifier module and strain gauge module.In the process of integratting the testing system platform , taking fully account of how to enable users to operate all modules of the integrated platform intuitively and flexibly, we propose the concept of apparatus resource manager and use optimized data structure to save all the information of hardware modules. Thereby, we achieve dynamic changes in the number of modules and dynamic update of module information of the hardware in the system, and also better reflect the flexibility of VXI bus system.
