Study And Development On Performance Testing System Of Seed Cleancr With The Application Of Virtual Instrument

It is very important for the Seed Cleaner,which is the main part in the whole set of equipments for processing seed,to work with higher quality and reliability. This paper realizes an auto-testing system for the performance of the Seed Cleaner and fully automatic test-bed in reliability. The main testing parameters include:productivity,weight of specimen,electric power,the temperature of bearings and the noise from machinery etc. The main controlling parameters include:auto-taking of original seed,auto-controlling of two-directed valve,adjusting of productivity and automatic starting /stopping system for each equipment.For the introduction of the Virtual Instrument Technology,hardware cost is reduced,and development period is shortened,and expansibility of system is enhanced. As advanced multi-thread technology is adopted in the software,multi-task system come true efficiently. Especially,real time operation ability of main-controlling interface is enhanced. Multi-platform are made use of during the process of software developing,and we achieved such objective as modularization of software design,optimization of man-machine interface and simplification of operation and maintenance.
