Women newspapers and periodicals developed since in 1980 the there is the first women periodicals:《women academic journal》.The development of our Women newspapers and periodicals is the end of the Qing Dynasty and the initial stage of the Public,and there is the first development climax in the the front and the back of the Chinese Revolution.Shanghai is not only the economic center in the end of the Qing Dynasty and the initial stage of the Public,but also the Chinese culture, especially the most developed region of the mass media,women newspapers and periodicals dashing and spirited,the situation gratified.This text chooses《Women Times》which the Chinese first commercial Women newspapers and periodicals which started publication in Shanghai in 1911,but also exist the maximum time in the end of the Qing Dynasty and the initial stage of the Public. The core is male-dominated in the Women newspapers and periodicals in the foundation of telling this text bodily,using the method of authentic proof-analysis, multi-angle announces time-topic which embodies in the《Women Times》and representatives the corresponding period other Women newspapers and periodicals's core's characteristic also.
