Based Portal University Employment Information Management System Design And Implementation

As the employment situation for college students increasingly serious, it has become the focus of community discussion.However,the traditional form of employment management system has many deficiencies,such as unsmooth information flow,delayed policy advocacy,inadequate data collection,and inefficient data handling,which strictly limit the development of employment management in universities.Therefore,it is a key point in the campus information construction to build an efficient, professional management information system for student employment,in order to improve the service quality for both students and employers and embody the "fair,just and open" principle of service.First,the status quo of China's university employment management information system is presented to state the target area,main function and system flow of student employment information management system based on portal.Overall structure,subsystem division and technology selection of portal system is also given.The paper focuses on the subsystem implementation of students management,company management,user authority management,which are all based on the framework of Javascript and XML, Portlet component technology and authority classification mechanism.The strengths and weaknesses of the system are concluded in the end to summary the main points of the future system upgrade.
