| With the continued growth of the number of college graduates, the employment problem of graduates has become a hot topic. The situation of employment of college graduates not only represents the students’ personal interest, also reflects our country higher education potential problems. Promoting the smooth employment of college graduates will undoubtedly promote the development of our country. More and more people use Internet today, network technology is widely used. On the basis of statistics surveyed by WEB for undergraduate students, they are facing harsh condition on their job hunting. This thesis dedicates to putting forward a proposal for some solutions to this problem.This paper is based on the author’s participation in the construction of information in Guizhou University of Commerce. We use the three layer structure based on B/S model, according to the architecture and features of the employment management system. And we use the LAMP platform, which is the most popular FOSS(Free or Open Source Software), to develop employment management system.This system have high stability and security, and it can fulfill the great traffic requirement from the network. The system is developed with the PHP language, it can improve the system’response. Page Effects supplemented JQUERY technology, data is stored in MySQL database. And display the WEB form to provide intuitive and accurate information.This system due to the use of technology is relatively perfect and concise, so that users can in use until the very good effect, can manage the information related to the high-speed, the Guizhou business school graduates. The establishment of a position between the graduates, school and enterprise recruitment website, the graduates can get jobs from the formal channels. It can help college graduates to better employment. This system is simple and practical, and can be spread to other colleges, has extensive market prospect and feasibility. |
