Gas Production And Operation Management Systems And Scada Systems Integration Design And Implementation

This thesis is about a scientific research project on integration of SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system, production management of the enterprise, internet technology and software developing. It is based on production management informationizing construction in Gas transmission Division of PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company.The main research content of this task includes analyzing data structure and data storage mechanism of SCADA system, developing correlation interface program to carry out SCADA system backup database in internet, integrating the Production Management Information System database and perfecting system data analyzing, issuing SCADA system function in web, developing a program to read and analyze SCADA system data in especial case.The technical characteristics are as follows of this project are as follows: The project resolves the problem that accuracy and timeliness of existing information processing method can not satisfy the enterprise production requirements. XOS real time web system based on backup database in internet of SCADA system realizes the real time data and graphics demonstration synchronically on Gas Distribution Control Center and the enterprise website. This method can not only assure SCADA system security but also make the best use of advancement and timeliness of SCADA system. The interface technology in real time web system can assure the security of SCADA system and the enterprise LAN, and realize inner resource sharing without interfering normal work of two systems.Finally,the project constructs a complete and efficient Nature Gas Production Management Information System which can receive real-time and dynamic production data automatically and analyze real-time and historical data at any time.Successful integration of the Production Management Information System and SCADA system will take so much benefit on optimizing configuration of enterprise resource, and enhancing the enterprise operating efficiency. With expansion of SCADA system engineering in Gas Transmission Division, we hope that research achievement can be applied on PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company and its subordinate units to make best use of SCADA data and provide abundance real time data for other systems.
