It must be a conformity of Control System and MES (Manufacture Execute System) and ERP for a integrate MIS. At present ,the information system project basing on three-layer structure of EPP/MES/PCS is a standard scheme which is applied in the information building for flowing enterprises. The MES is staying at its jumping-off point and it is of great meaning for product efficiency and management level to improve.In this paper ,we taked the control-system of real-time production information integration and scheduling for a prototype. We prescribed simply the key techniques: data traffic technique OPC, data access technique ADO, system exploitation flat-roof .NET, web service technique and the process and measure for the system exploitation.In this paper, we analised the current control system. ,management model, factory LAN, structure of produce, operation flow and the demand of system function and then get the system's general structure on the basis of the condition of JNMC.By analysising the information flow carefully I designed the function model of the system, also I adopt the IDEF1X data model to design the data base and get the system's datasheet structure, through it I defined the rules of accordance and integrality of the data. Also I introduced the console to develop software, hardware and net-circuit, especially expound the console to collect data, in the end I putforward the method to use the OPC, DDE and serial communication technology to collect data and confirm them.
