The performance parameters of the dosage system as a starting point of this paper which focus on the design of the software and hardware of system platform to reseach.The current system most widely used with the combination of PLC and SCADA software,and on the analysis of the traditional dosage system’s disadvantages which are the pool real-time,over-reliance on the PLC and high cost of the system, combined with the on-site requirements, and put forward a set of automatic dosage system overall plan. Mainly by the monitoring clientand implementation side of two parts, made a detailed study of specific hardwarecircuit and configuration of the system-side software design, including the design and implementation of production control and recipe management.Leading the ingredients into the configuration of control of the automatic dosage system, designed a set of simple operation, high efficiency, good real-time configuration of the ingredients system, ensure the real time and reliability of data communication among the weighing equipment for the recipe, PLC, monitoring equipment and drive equipment.Different from too rely on PLC’s ingredients of system design in the past time, the paper focus on depending solely on configuration to the production control, recipe management, management and production statements aimed function of design and implementation, at the same time for the system performance and the parameters of the precise control, has the very strong targeted, can be widely used in mixing system field.
