Integrated Production Management System Based On Real-time Data

People paid more and more attention to intelligent manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing,intelligent equipment,intelligent products and intelligent service since Industrial 4.0 and Made in China have been put forward.Production management and the workshop informatization were the underlying infrastructure to realize intelligence.Because of the real-time dynamic and complicate characteristic of production site,real-time data of production site couldn't connect with the upper production management system.This mean that real-time data of production site couldn't be transferred in a timely and effective manner and led to the long term Information islands.According to the certain ordnance factory's production of digital manufacturing workshop,the integration of production management system was built based on real-time data in this paper.The main researches as follows:1)The collected system of real-time data was designed.The collected platform of real-time data was built by means of Siemens PLC,Ethernet,the MCGS configuration software and SQLServer database.The real-time data from DB module of PLC was collected and stored in outside database.2)The business integration model of production management system was studied.Through the analysis of modern system problems and demands,the business integration model of production management system was built and studied to analyze production planning and organization scheduling integration,materials management.Integration,workshop equipment management integration and quality management.3)The integration of production management system was designed.Overall framework of integrated system was established based on the actual production situation of enterprise and modules of personnel management,plan management,data management and quality management were concretely designed.And according to all function modules,the database E-R model and table relationship model were designed.4)The integration of production management system based on real-time data was realized.According to business process analysis,design of function module and the related theory study,the integration of production management system was developed and realized by means of Java Web technology of B/S structure.This system was ran inenterprise site to show that the integration of production management system based on real-time data was feasible and effective.
