The. Pcvsat Single Receiving Station Monitoring System

With the development of the modern network communication technology, the monitoring system needs to be improved to satisfy the higher requirement of equipment running in meteorology service. The equipment operation and communication capability should be monitored to ensure management department and equipment center's acquisition of the timely running status information.This thesis mainly discussed how to get the running status information, transmit them and publishing them.This thesis introduced the meaning and the Application Prospect of the PCVSAT monitoring system, then discussed the C/S, B/S software structure and the developing Database Query technology on the basis of the introduction of the PCVSAT monitoring system.The software has a strong monitor function. The server collect and release the running status information uploaded by the clients. The PCVSAT receiving system running status and history inquiry statistics could be showed on a browser. These information also provided a foundation for quality control assessment. The system has the function such as curve analysis, network monitoring and periodic report generation, etc.The system hierarchical structure was designed in this thesis according to the research purpose and principle .The data table was reasonably designed on the principle of relational database designing. Some illustration and the corresponding data table model were given in this thesis.The Programming was completed in August,2008, used the Microsoft Windows 2003,Windows xp,Visual Basic6.0 software environment.The system was used in daily operation after its passing the function and performance test. Now the stable operation performance of the system well meet the real time monitoring requirement.The shortcomings of this system were put forward in the end .Summary and prospect are discussed in the last chapter.
