In recent years,with the development of national ecological civilization construction,the remote monitoring system of ecological discharge has become a necessary facility for the water conservancy and hydropower industry to protect the downstream ecological environment of hydropower stations.It has important practical significance to understand the current status of river ecological environment in the basin,predict the development trend of river ecological development,and formulate Protection measures of river ecology.This thesis takes a specific power station from the Huangzang Temple to the Qiluo Gorge in the Heihe River Basin as the subject.Aiming at the problems of single monitoring data,low data sharing rate and poor utilization rate of traditional ecological discharge remote monitoring system,a remote monitoring system based on C/S and B/S hybrid structure was developed.The system is mainly composed of sensors,PLC,HMI,ecological release host,water regimen system interface,water bureau platform interface,web server,webpage and communication equipment,etc.it can collect the necessary parameters of ecological release,Monitor multi-user and simulate ecological base flow functions.The HMI is designed for field operators and provides local monitoring services for the system.The ecological release host uses the Modbus TCP protocol to read various data such as upstream water level,flow temperature,water flow speed,real-time flow and accumulated flow from the PLC,and store the monitoring data in the local database and the remote database.The water regimen reporting system,the water bureau platform,the web server and the ecological release host adopt the C/S structure design,the ecological release host is the server,the other is the client,and the server uses Socket & JSON,HTTP & JSON and access to the remote database respectively.Technology and method,uploading ecological release monitoring data to three clients.Web server and web page adopt B/S structure design,use WebSocket & JSON technology to realize full-duplex and real-time interaction between server and browser data,and provide data sharing path.The traditional Tennant method,the improved Tennant method,the minimum monthly runoff method,the monthly minimum daily runoff method,the 7Q10 method and the flow duration curve method are used to study the downstream river ecological base flow.Based on the characteristics of the river and the shortcomings of th e traditional methods.The IEBFCM,which combines various methods is proposed,and verifiesed the applicability and superiority of the new method.The ecological base flow calculation module based on IEBFCM is implementedin the software.it can provide a way for data secondary utilization,which is conducive to the decision-making of hydropower station ecological release.Software design using Visio Studio 2012 software design tools and SQL Server 2014 database,based on NET framework and MVC design pattern,using C#,JavaScript to achieve background program functions,using HTML,CSS,EasyUI design front-end pages,simple and efficient development The overall function of the ecological release remote monitoring system under the C/S structure and the B/S structure.At present,the system is running stably,and its functions and performance have reached the user's needs.
