Currently structural health monitoring technology is widely used in the aerospace, con-struction, marine, construction machinery and other large facilities.In this paper, the test experiment of implement active Lamb wave in damage structure isobtained by the basic principle of Lamb wave. In the experiment mainly through the moni-toring structure with surface treatment, paste the piezoelectric sensors to inspire appropriateexcitation waveform which really needed. Through a series of excitation signal processing,eventually gathering effective response signal, and then, get the analysis data about modaland spectrum.Combining the energy distribution of scattering wave that changes bytemporal with each pixel to get the intuitive damage energy diagram. Usually, measurementsof damage monitoring were made in this way. Loading large-scale labs and functioning themwith Lamb wave, then, analysis the change of date that collect by Lamb wave,in this me-thod,estimate the damage change process of large-scale labs.The structure of this paper is organized as follows: First,explore the basic properties ofLamb wave spread in steel. Monitoring the optimal excitation signal parameter though basicprinciple of Lamb wave and corresponding dispersion curves which obtained by dispersionproperties of transmit. Second, analyzed the propagation mode changes of the Lamb wave bythe damage state steel structure in the laboratory, using methods inspired Lamb wave piezoe-lectric sensor rotation incentive to do the preliminary analysis of the static test plate structuraldamage; and then, on the basis of the static plate structure to laboratory large loading weightmethod, the simulation model girder structure was carried out on the structure to implementmonitoring, monitoring of Lamb wave in the process of dynamic damage change dynamiccharacteristics change. The last, the calculation to determine the location of the damage pro-duced in the main beam, and then analyze the degree of scattering produce varying degrees ofinjury, damage by calculating the degree of change in the scattering rate.Based on the damage of Lamb wave on the plate damage monitoring, analyzing the dy-namic changes of the large analog design main beam, according to the experiments, the scat-tering signal wave packet arrival time determine the change of the damage location and dam- age degree. Through experimental analysis, monitoring techniques based on Lamb wave platestructure, it is possible to change the dynamic lifting machinery monitoring board structurefor fast positioning.
