| Along with the continuous development of network technology, application of remote monitoring system in the tunnel monitoring increasingly appears its superiority. Its functions like long-distance monitoring and control, failure diagnosis, decision support, provides effective approaches and guarantee for security operation of the tunnel transportation, the administrative staffs can instantaneously get to know the device status and the transportation situation of the control field anywhere, thus raising work efficiency greatly.This article firstly reviewed related theories and development situation about remote monitoring system, and thoroughly researched and discussed its level, function and implementation scheme. Secondly, in view of characteristic of the B/S structure's remote monitoring system, this article studied a few key technologies such as data communication, real-time data storage and so on. Finally a set of implementation scheme about the B/S structure's remote monitoring system was proposed, moreover, combined with the urban road tunnel's characteristics, we designed and realized the B/S structure's remote monitoring system in urban road tunnel, and tested real time and security performances of the system. Research results of this article mainly include the following aspects:(1) In this paper, the remote monitoring system based on B/S structure use a solution with a combination of field monitoring and remote monitoring. We proposed a data exchange method using both historical database and OPC data communication. It changed the traditional database-centric real-time monitoring solution, the client uses ActiveX controls to communicate directly with OPC server, which greatly improve real-time performance, and also ensure the reliability of remote monitoring system.(2) We use ActiveX-OPC-PLC communication structure to achieve remote control of devices and instruments in heterogeneous network environment. Remote users could control remote devices by modifying the OPC Server parameters through the ActiveX control; it changes the situation of traditional remote monitoring system that can only monitor but not control. Meanwhile, the system shows the real-time and historical data graphically, to help management with better decision analysis.(3) This data acquisition module use the method of combining the memory database and the historical database, then the system can cope with large amounts of data, real-time response's data acquisition and monitoring. It guarantees data security for remote monitoring system, and improves the stability of the system.In the final stage of this paper, combined with actual project we design an urban road tunnel remote monitoring system based on B/S structure. The practical application show that the system can meet the demand of large amounts and high real-time response, and are of certain reference value. |
