This dissertation studies the design and realization of a PC-based integrated software system for structure health monitoring. Utilizing the idea of virtual instrument,this integrated system is built on the PC, high-quality I/O panel and software system. It has many useful functions, such as outputting actuating signal, high-speed data acquisition, plenty of signal processing, wireless and long-distance monitoring and so on. Therefore, on-line and real-time structure health monitoring can be achieved conveniently in a PC with the aid of corresponding periphery equipments . Firstly, with the reference of use of multifunction data acquiring panel PCI-6110, high-speed data acquisition and any signal outputting are achieved by using the technologies of double bufferring and multi-threading. Secondly, the technology of MATLAB Engine is adopted to carry out the mixed programming between VC++ and MATLAB. In this method, many IIR digital filters and signal processing methods such as fft,stft,wt and hht are achieved. Thirdly, wireless and long-distance monitoring is accomplished based on the serial communication, using wireless and topological network. Finally, friendly mutual system between manipulator and machine is developed using plenty of MFC class in the environment of VC++.
