With the globalization and information technology continues to accelerate, the people of earth touch the village increasingly become a real experience. However, globalization and information technology is a double-edged sword, First, the information has given us great satisfaction and convenience, second, at the same time, a variety of risks and disaster will appear. When being in the uncertainty and high-risk society, the crisis is becoming a "normal", When the disaster is coming, how to maintain the flow of information transmission, to make timely mutual knowledge and interaction to avoid disaster or to minimize damage between government departments, the spread agencies and the public, this is the spread of the crisis has played the leading role, Therefore, it is very necessary to develope a deep research for the function of crisis transmission in the crisis administration.In this paper, according to the current situation that the crisis spreads and some questions existing in the crisis of our country of foundation, by adopting analytic approach of documents, the analytic approach of the case and comparative analytic approach, regarding management and relevant theory of dissemination as guidance to find out question and deficiency through analysing and researching the incident that some public crises spread of the past of our country. I have taken the break-through of the information transmission which in the 5ยท12 WenChuan earthquake as key research object and proposed some important enlightenment of the public crisis information dissemination mechanism of our government, while being in practical using, the crisis that the research of this text has offered a localization for crisis management of our country, it will been haven certain practice reference value.
