Based On Net Personnel Information System Design And Realization

With further reform of personnel system in colleges and universities, the personnel management has gradually converted to the exploitation and management of human resources. Therefore, the personnel assurance for excellent teaching and researching environment is crucial to surviving and developing in the fierce competition. It is commonly believed that human resources are the first resources and the management of it is the key to the quality of running colleges. Meanwhile, it is of great importance to the strength and the sustainable development of colleges. So to make assurance for the college strategic targets, human resources should be well managed both scientificly and informationizedly and the personnel management information system with the software platform should also be set up to effectively store, analyze and distribute personnel data and make the informationization of personnel management come true.In this thesis, taking into account the need of school's development and the practice, a personnel management information system is devised on the basis of substantial research and investigation. In this system, with the idea of modern human resouces, the theory of human resources management is integrated with practice, and the Complex Truss of B/S and C/S, Campus Net, Internet, Microsoft.Net, Component Programme Technique, Web Service Technique, Database Technique and AJAX Technique are adopted. This thesis also proposes system design targets and its basic principles in terms of the design and exploitation of software to illustrate system design and its realization.The idea about personnel management in this thesis is practically proved feasible and is convenient for personnel management work and collocation and management of human resourses. It is an information management system with full functions and wide application.
