With the development of internet, more and more enterprises recruit the employees through internet. Some large-scale enterprises are gradually transferring an independently managed recruitment that conducted by each branch into a centralized managed recruitment with a unified flow by internet. Establishing a unified recruiting management mode will standardize the selective mechanism of talents in each branch, enabling the recruitment of each branch to reach a high level, furthermore favoring the choosing of talents by the enterprises. The unified recruiting management of the enterprise will fully depend on the new recruiting management tool—Recruitment management system to be realized.Meanwhile to studied the main difficulty which in the article faced to carry on the analysis, solved. Mainly studied and solves the content is:1, "Work flow design" : Through "the master data maintenance flow" , "the interview disposition flow" , "the examination official appraisesflow" and so on flow research, the induction, the design, completes "the work flow design" in the recruitment management system.2, "Jurisdiction control" : Based on the recruitment management system complex user, realizes the smallest jurisdiction principle facing the role access control technology, completes the recruitment management system's jurisdiction control.3, "Information security" : Through the infrastructure level, the support service level, the application system level's safe implementation plan has solved the employment advertise system "the information security" .Having completed the recruitment management system main difficulty research, has completed system's functional design, including:1 , A basic information maintenance functions: recruitment of headquarters and branch management authority provision and standard-setting. 2, Examiners configuration functions: recruitment of examiners unified management.3, Recruitment screening configuration: the headquarters and branches of the unified management of the recruitment business.4, Candidates recording function: all of the candidates in the unified management.5, Recruitment results summary functions: recruitment of business objective and impartial.By using recruitment management system can truly achieve large enterprises to effectively manage the recruitment, selection of personnel for enterprises, and to provide a strong support.
