The Design And Implementation Of Management System For Campus Recruitment Interview Plan

With the rapid development of Meituan's business,the company needs a host of outstanding talents and expects more fresh graduates to join.When the company recruits students every year,many fresh graduates meet the requirements of the Meituan's position.The traditional way of campus recruitment is to contact the interviewees by phone or email to arrange and confirm the interview time.This process is particularly time-consuming,laborious,and extremely inefficient,resulting in the loss of qualified talents.For this reason,it is urgent to adopt contemporary information technology to confirm the interview time through electronic negotiation and improve the efficiency of the campus recruitment interview process.The thesis explains the background of the project,briefly describes the role of the negotiation system in the entire interview process,and introduces the current status of the research and application of the negotiation system.It summarizes the technologies used in building systems including Spring Boot framework,Redis cache,My Batis persistence layer framework,RPC framework Thrift,Vue.js and so on.This thesis explains the system boundary,describes the business scenario,analyzes the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system in detail,and extracts four functional modules:project management,resume package management,interview plan management and negotiation management.The project management module is responsible for managing campus recruitment projects,the resume package management module is responsible for managing interviewee's resume information,the interview plan management module is mainly responsible for generating interview plans and the negotiation management module is responsible for managing the negotiation and confirmation of the interview time.The thesis outlines the interview plan generation algorithm and negotiation process,describes system architecture,working principle of the system,functional composition and system deployment,thus completing the overall system design in a more comprehensive manner.This thesis analyzes the ER relationship of the system in more detail,and designs the system database.The thesis uses class diagrams,sequence diagrams and other methods to design the four modules of project management,resume package management,interview plan management and negotiation management in detail,give specific implementation details,and conduct system tests.The system has been put into practical use,and it has solved the problem of inefficient interview planning.
